  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

Pickup instructions will be sent via email when available.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Because our merchandise is produced in limited quantities:

All sales are final.

We only offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Defective or damaged items

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the issue

  • Description

If the item is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

We can only change or cancel orders if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
