These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dssalumni.ca (the “Site”), operated by the Delta Secondary School Alumni Association (“we”, “us”, or the “Association”). By visiting the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Online Store Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or you have permission from a parent/guardian.

  • You will provide accurate, complete contact and payment information.

  • You will not use products purchased from the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any reason.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display merchandise accurately. However:

  • Colours and exact appearance may vary depending on screens and lighting.

  • Merchandise availability may change without notice.

  • Pricing may change at any time.

We are not liable for typographical errors or inaccuracies.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace/Stripe/Apple Pay/PayPal (depending on your setup). We do not store your full payment details.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected method of payment.

5. Shipping & Pickup

Shipping or pickup options will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Shipping errors due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed

For school-based pickup, instructions will be sent via email.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All return and exchange details are outlined in our Refund & Shipping Policy.
By purchasing through the Site, you agree to those terms.

7. User Accounts (If Applicable)

If the Site offers user accounts, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and login details.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You use the Site at your own risk.
